Over the years, the LVCF has given over $500,000 in Community Impact Grants to local non-profit organizations that provide efficient programming in the community and carry out the charitable purposes of the Foundation. The LVCF supports, our Veterans, the Arts, Culture, Health and Fitness, Education, Elder Care, Public Safety and other philanthropic works. 

2025 Grant Application

The annual Salute to Veterans Celebration, held in November of each year, is way to thank our local veterans for everything they have done for us. It is one of the largest veteran’s dinners in the Omaha Metro Area.

In addition to grants and events the La Vista Community Foundation gives back to the community through various drives and programs through La Vista Gives. We also engage in various volunteer opportunities and help share information with non-profits that are supporting our community.
